Ocean is way to cold for striper fishing now (Jan)

I fresh Water Fish This Time Of The Year

I'll Start Fishing For Stripers In March
It's Jan I still get some Shorts
It's just way to cold to fish the Ocean now
The cold does not bother me if the fish are around
The Short ratio was more so then keepers last year
The keeper ratio was good last year
