Hi Guys.
This morning we got to Island Beach State Park at low tide.
a hour after low tide Don Caught a 34" 14lb Striper on a Grumpys
clam, this fish we weighed n at Grumpy's.
We continued to fish till about 2:20 PM and nothing buy skates, at low
tide I spotted a angler pulling in a nice size bluefish.
I heard of a few more bluefish being caught on clams as well as a few in
between stripers.
It was cold and brisk by the ocean, the wind was blowing about 10-15 N-East.
I think it's time to bring along some warm coats and clothing.
Last night my cousin Frankie Perna fish the Casino Fishing Pier and caught
many weak fish, only 4 keepers at 14-15" which He brought to my house at
about 9 PM last night.
We had a nice fish and chip dinner tonight with these fish, Boy were they
good, Thanks Cuz.
Holding with a 8oz sinker, strong current going towards the North Jetty..
If Only the wind will slack off it would make life a lot easy fishing.
No signs of any bait today, lots of Dolphins going by in large groups
extremely fast, going south.
Saw no birds working, as a matter of fact most seagulls were lust staying on
the beach trying to avoid the wind like we were.
The Best Of Luck To All.
Guppie & Don
