Hi Guys & Gals.
We just returned from Island Beach State park, small bluefish are being caught on mullet.
One 29" striper was caught on a castmaster yesterday afternoon while an angler was trying out his new reel and rod, WOW I guess he was at the right time right place.
The wind picked up this afternoon made it a bit rough to hold botton, now holding with a 8 oz sinker.
The mullet run is far from being over, it's just that you have to work real hard to get to the mullet, your better off buying them.
Grumpys Bait Shop is Now Loaded with Fresh Mullet and hopefully his netters will keep him supplied with fresh mullet daily, so far so good.
