Hi Guys & Gals.
Today is hot and humid, same as yesterday, either stay in doors or enjoy the
beach, which is a perfect day for sun bather's.
The fishing is still slow on the ocean side.
Not holding with a 8 oz sinker.
I have been told by many anglers who are giving the bays a try for fishing,
some say it's been a touch and go, some say the fishing usually picks up between
6-8 PM.
I have been hearing stories of a good number of trigger fish being caught in
the bays and in the inlets from Island Beach State Park to Manasquan.
The ocean is still a bit dirty.
No rain so far in ocean county.
We drove Island Beach Yesterday, Don decided to fish for fluke, from Gillikens
to the North Jetty, no luck at all.
We spoke to a few anglers who also were fluke fishing, no luck from 6 AM -
after 1 PM is when we left IBSP.
As you can see by viewing the Seaside Heights web came we don't have a big crowd on the beach for this time of the year, usually
sun bathers are packed like a can of sardines in Seaside Heights.
Sure not like the good old times as you see the old video.
I guess the towns are getting greety with the parking, this can be one of the reasons why not as many people visit Seaside park and Heights the way it use to be , besides the Gas prices. oh well it is what it is.
