Guppie's NJ Fishing Web

Started at Gillikins around 6:30 and did nothing. Heard the guys walking north had a few shorts. Moved down the beach and there were birds diving on bait in a lot of places, all out behind the bar. The people I talked to only saw a couple of shorts caught earlier.
South of 23 by the no fires sign the birds came close enough to put an Ava in the middle of them but no fish.
Maybe things will be better at low tide when you can get on the bars and reach the fish. Don
