Hi Guys & Gals.

This is all I know now, I just got a few calls that @Island Beach State Park down by the pocket about 25 feet out there is a ton of birds working, two anglers fishing the inlet side on the north Jetty only to hook up so far with sea robins.

Only 5 trucks by the pocket.

Lots of big rays are still around on the ocean side.

In my opinion there has to be something holding this bait in close.

The wind is N-East about 10, so there are most certainly no flies to be seen.

We'll be heading down soon.

I would say most likely these  are small blues that came out of the inlet last night holding the bait in close, I could be wrong, But hey common sense.

Holding with a 5-6 oz sinker.

If I hear of any action before we head down I'll post another report.

So far from what I was told a few anglers walked in the back, no one is fishing the ocean side yet.

The Best Of Luck To All.
