Hi Guys & Gals.
We took a ride to Island Heights, from what I was told by an old timers, some flounder were caught on blood worms early this morning, after noon bite was slow, notta, the bay was just a bit rough and chilly in that area.

They said it's been a on and off catch with short stripers at Island heights this past week.

From there we drove by the bridge by Dock outfitters, some anglers were fishing, one anglers said no flounder was caught as of 2PM but he had a few short stripers on blood worms while using a flounder rig with blood worms, He also used some fresh clams with out a nibble, you figure.
we then drove to Seaside Park by the fun town pier, I saw some kind of bait in the wash, it was a bit warmer by the ocean then the bay this afternoon.

The ocean was as clean as it can be today.

No one fishing from as far as I can see, The ocean was a bit rough, but not rough enough to fish, lots of white water, I would guess a 6 oz sinker would have held OK.

I am up loading a few pictures and videos of the ocean condition.
I took the ocean temp it was a nice 45.8 degrees from fun town pier.
