Hi Guys & Gals.
I am so sorry on all the delays on my reports, I am most certainly accident prong, Saturday I got hit in the eye with a branch, the week before I cut my foot, I am just trying to get to much done at once.
Wednesday, We had to have 5 trees over a hundred years old removed three which were split right down the middle and leaning towards my house, Oh boy so exciting., Today I waited all day for the guys to come back and get rid of the stumps & finish the clean up, I waited all day , it was a no show, so I’m not to happy, I ended up cleaning the twigs on my front lawn, wasted a whole day.
The reports I have been getting is we have had a good number of what I believe to be brown sharks, one report of a Thresher shark.
This is the time of the year we should start Hearing of cow nose rays, different kinds of sharks, Black drum and 3-5 lb Blues in the surf
Not much action for striper fishing,.
A few Small schools of cocktail blues have been hitting the suds.
I took a ride to Seaside Park the ocean Temp was 71 degrees this afternoon, way to warm for stripers I would think?? for you guys who like to scuba dive, we have many of nice size lobsters around in our local inlets, 1-2 ½ lbers, I know I saw a few already that were caught, Try the Manasquan inlet, We all know that July is a bad month for fishing especially we had the ocean temperatures acting like a yo yo for a while which did not help the fishing situation out at all.
