Started at first light plugging my way down the beach. Saw others getting fish on plugs but I couldn't buy a fish. Gave up and put out bait. Got 5 and missed 6. Every time nothing would happen on the bait poles I picked up my plugging pole and walked to the water. Sure enough one of the bait poles would bend. Too lazy to run I only walked back, got some, missed some.
On the way out I did see people getting fish on bait and plugs. For the number of people there the fishing was pretty good. Don
