Went in at area 7 yesterday, couldn't go much farther till the tide went out a little so fished there. Unlike the day before I saw no fish caught so as the tide went out I moved down the beach. Finally found some fish but don't ask me the area till they put some of the signs back up. Got a 26", a 27" and one about 23" that probably weighed more than the 26 and 27. Then nothing for awhile so I went over to Poppies truck to bs. Looked back and saw one pole bent over and when I got to it it was still taking line. The fish was 35" 15 1/4 pounds. It died after that but I hung out awhile and got two more shorts. Went home for awhile and came back at 3:30 but the wind had changed to direct east and didn't see a fish caught. Left at dark.
The weather is supposed to get nasty this afternoon so get out there this morning if you can. The water will probably be up high but as it goes out you can move around till you find fish. Don
