We spent from 10:30 AM A little After 2 PM at Gillikins yesterday,  

While Jess and a few friends fished between area 10 & 11 yesterday morning,  No Bait or fish, all in all .

It was out right gorgeous  day to spend on the beach  and enjoy the beautiful sunshine, a light breeze enough to keep you cool.

My friend Poppy fished by the beginning of Gillikins from 10 - about 1 PM, notta, 

I was told  big school of bunker was spotted off shore, way beyond casting range.

I was told from reliable anglers that in the morning at area 14, some bunker came  close in along with a few  cocktail bluefish, by all means no great blitz, just about a half hour of  a steady bite.

I did get negative reports on the inlet.

Don Fished Clams & Bunker chunks and a bunker head, nothing for 4 hours, we finally left.

It seemed like  the mussel beds went away yesterday, we did not have any weed or mussels, on our lines , holding good with a 6-8 oz sinker.

 Today the wind switched N-East, about 15-20, a nice ocean breeze, but so far no fish are being reported.

This is the best I can do for now .

Jess is on the beach right now, he fished from 5 AM till now , with out any action so far.

 Right time right place I guess with luck .
