I just moved back to NJ, LBI specifically, from Charlotte, NC.
I wanted to tell you how awesome your fishing reports and website are! Even though I have not fished across the inlet on IBSP it is exciting to see the reports and pics you put out.
I just got my permit to drive on the beach on parts of LBI, my comfort zone, but would love to get over to IBSP some time. My brother and a friend and I are going to plan on getting over there and do some fishing soon.
We just don't know the territory. Obviously there are maps, but they don't tell you where you shouldn't go because tide comes up to high etc..... Obviously no one knows where the fish are going to show up, but when we decide to go over there maybe we could hook up and you could point out a few fishing holes and a few places to stay out of.
Again your website is fantastic and we've become addicted to it. Seems like you guys have a great fishing community with a lot of good folks involved.

mat , I am happy you enjoy my reports and especially my photos, yes I happen to know many great anglers who fish this area.
It's strange but at Island Beach there are no such hot spots, it's just a matter of finding deep water, cuts, and being at the right place at the right time.
