Hi Guys & gals.
Sorry for the no report again,, there just are no good reports coming in lately except hearing the same story as it has been all week,
Lots of shorts are being caught in the morning, but lasts for a short time, lots of birds working off shore, lots of bait from shad, peanut bunker and some sort of small fish, eels, a few in between keepers are being caught.
Kos one of our members called me this morning, in spite of me telling him he was wasting his time, He went fishing at IBSP, nothing on the north Jetty, well he saw one short caught, He also fished from Gillikins all the way to the pocket on artificial with not even a bump. The weekend does not look to promising at all as far as the weather channels
I did get other calls from anglers fishing north of Seaside Park, it’s just been a slow day again.
I’ll stay home nice and warm, especially I got the flu a bad chest old, But I can assure you all as soon as the reports come in I’ll post them this weekend.
You be your own judge, stay home warm or go play with a bunch of small stripers. As I said a few days ago, we need a stiff N-East wind to get things going again if it’s even going to happen. With this constant west wind it’s kind of messing the good fishing up, the tides are just running way to low.. We have a lot of deep water and new cuts at IBSP. With the wind going N-East Sunday it may help a great deal.
But Hey you never can tell when it’s going to happen or if it’s going to happen. It is what it is . The Best Of Luck To all This Week End, please dress warm .
