Hi Guys & Gals. A lot of ses robins this afternoon, some black fish were caught on the North Jetty, as a matter of fact the one angler who caught the black fish with a bite mark on it's head hook the fish by the rocks, He manage to get in off the hook in to His bucket when a wave knocked the bucket down and off the black fish landed in the rocks, the bucket washed away about 25 yards, mean while the black fish was still wrapped in fishing line in the rocks, the anglers before He knew looked down , the bucket washed back to Him and bang the same fish was in the bucket, he knows it was the same fish because it had a injury to the head . It was absolutely gorgeous by the ocean all afternoon, till about 5 PM, a few flying termites came along , before We realized there were thousands of these pest all over the place, it actually chased every one off the beach . Don & I were Hooking lots of Sea Robins, I'll tell you one thing, that strong Bunker smell was back. I can bet my bottom dollar we'll have bait & fish tomorrow.
Most likely Bluefish. I was told by a good source that 1 mile off shore they had stripers chasing Bunker along with some bluefish . On the way out area 23 a black pick up truck from N Y was dug rather deep in the sand , no poles, No Buggy Permit and the air pressure was not released from his tire, Rangers had to be called in He was way to deep for all the anglers to get Him out, what an expense way to spend a night at the beach . I'm uploading a few more Videos good Luck To All. Guppie
