As far a area 15-21, I saw a few shorts caught, including Dons two shorts after fishing from 1 PM - 6:30 PM ,and one keeper.
We had some light taps, fished a nice hole, two bars from Sand spike Bill & his fishing buddies, which did the same as we did a few shorts.
I was told that early this morning they had lots of sand sharks caught in the pocket..
All & All it was a slow fishing day where we were, spotty, but well worth being on the beach, the wind kept switching from a S-East wind - A South West Wind, you knew right away when it went s-west, the air all the sudden got warm, as soon as it would switch back to South East you’d feel the cool breeze.
many anglers took the Friday off for this gorgeous weekend so far, the beach was pretty well crowed, We did not have many areas to fish in, buts that’s ok, we enjoyed just being there .

Just remember fish migrate, yesterday we were Lucky, we fished the same area where we caught our two keepers yesterday , fished for an hour before we left the beach and did not get a nibble

If your going to fish for bluefish this weekend fronm the surf, bring along Mullet and Mullet Rigs, Blues are now hitting on mullet today .
