 Hi Guys & Gals,
From what I was told the boats are having a field day in Monmouth county..
Lots of nice size stripers are hitting again in about 30-50 Feet of our ocean water.
As far as surf fishing, we have stripers , most shorts.
it’s going to a nice day again today, a light west wind, 50 degrees, the ocean is flat and has cleaned up a lot, holding with a 4-5 oz sinker.
Small Stripers are still being caught this morning, depending where your fishing at IBSP.
look for cuts, deep water, white water, birds, some activity in the water which should not be hard to spot bait with the ocean being so calm, also look for openings in between the sand bars.
I have a few things to take care around the house ,then we’ll head out, if I hear of any good action I will update , I hope to see some anglers out today
