Merry Christmas!
I feel like a gazillionaire!! I had the whole beach to myself today... Well I did see one truck on my way out.. Other than that there was no one fish south of the bathing beach all the way to A21.. Well except for me..
I got there at 3:30 and had about 1 hour to fish. First 8 casts I had 7 stripers and a real nice Blue fish that had to go around 12 pounds. I had two rods up and at one point I had a striper on both at the same time and I landed both!!! I took a picture of both fish on the beach!
Rain didn't bother me much but the water was grey and choppy so I couldn't see any bait in the water..
I left about 4:30 to get home in time to watch the Eagles football game. I finished with 12 stripers, 1 blue fish and 2 skates... I also had my line bit off twice and lost a couple of good rigs..
By the way, most of the fish are hitting on a hi low rig but I have a white teaser hook on the HI.. I put clams on both and tie them on...
The smaller fish seem to be in close and the larger stripers are at the outer edge of the hole next to the sand bar.. Thank you so much for sharing your fishing report . Guppie
