Hey Guppie,
I decided to go to IBSP today and try my luck with some clams near the gates. When I got there I had a heavy east wind with a strong rolling surf. I casted out my first clam and to my surprise within two minutes I had my first fish. I wasn't to sure what it was going to be. It turned out to be a 16" fluke. I threw him back and tried again. Within a two hour time frame I landed 8 fluke 3 of which were keepers up to 19". There is nothing like a good east wind to get fish inshore.
