 Hi Guys & Gals.
We all know it’s possible for the storm to reach this area, with all the rain we are having and cloudy days now, I do believe it’s effecting us now, if the storm heads this way we can be in for mighty good fishing.
You heard me say on several accessions, calm before the storm, well this is what’s happening.
Not many anglers have been fishing for the last few days, so it’s hard to give a good report, for those who fished yesterday after noon have caught some bluefish., if your sitting for me to give you the word ,it’s not going to happen, I’ll be out there fishing and when it’s over I’ll come back with a report on what happened..
The ocean is clean and calm a light East wind, a cloudy day, which might not be to productive for fluke fishing.
I have received reports that the weak fish action has been an on and off event in the inlet and in the sod banks, I send the anglers where the fish are ..
I must have to agree with Betty & Nicks bait & Tackle shop, the weather channels have been a bit off the wall, we had no rain all morning, no lighting and thunder, cloudy as it was yesterday, a good angler will fish this weather, it’s nice by the ocean other then no sun, light East wind, No Flies,, any one wanting to sun bathe stay home , any one wanting to give the fishing a try go for it .
Like I said it’s a dull cloudy day, no rain since yesterday.
I did talk to a few anglers who called me I called one angler which they all wanted to know what the weather was like, they all said due to the weather channels they heard thunder & Lightening which stopped them from coming down., it’s possible it can happen, it’s also possible for anything, just come prepared, rain gear or the fact that no one is fishing the beach, if you fished naked no one would notice , there just is not any one fishing, it is what it is, Till then Be careful, I’ll be there with my camera. Hit it with my best shot ... LOL. Opppps , it just started to drizzle lightly, guess it's all up to our dear old sweet mother nature on the weather . Always Remember! Don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about
itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." !
