Could have slept a little later this morning, the fish didn't really start hitting till the sun came up. Worked my way down the beach picking up a few here and there with a neede fish and an Ava. Tried bait for awhile and only got two shorts. When I drove back to the bathing area there were a lot of people there. Seems they had a lot of fish for most of the morning. People were leaving but a few of us stuck around and had a pick of fish. They were out far and you had to reach them but they were there. Didn't see any of the bunker schools that were there yesterday but the sand eels are still here. Also didn't see any bluefish today but a few were caught. Love this time of year, every day is different. Don
