Hi Guys & Gals. Today the wind was blowing east, water was not to bad at low tide, looked like it was clean, till afternoon when the wind started to blow east.
Most of the stripers you hear of being caught are caught north out of the Raritan Bay.
Flounder fish had been a bit slow at Island heights as I was told, ( Again second hand information.
Ocean Temps in AC were 46.2 degrees, hear at Island Beach State Park they were 44 degrees, still a bit to cold, if we can by pass these west winds, stay with a east windwith the air temps staying in the low to mid 50's we'll see some action, it seems like the west wind early winter slowed the fishing down because of the cold nights and west winds we had.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 39. Southeast wind around 9 mph.
Wednesday: A chance of rain after 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 52. Southeast wind between 11 and 16 mph.
Good Luck To All. Guppie & Don
