 Good Morning guys & Gals,
This morning I bring to you all some good news,, I was getting a little tippy for a while, knowing that the fish are here, between the weed & the lack of anglers not fishing discourage.At Island Beach State we have the dredger in the inlet which is messing up the bluefish action a little.
But who cares about these little fish, when we’re getting 10-12 lb blues on the beach this morning on bunker chunks.
Now the better news, a huge school of bunker is drifting back and forth at area 12 –23, a bit beyond reach, boater are hooking up with big blues as well as our anglers who are surf fishing .
Now the better news, the weed is slowly fading away, from area 23 north very little seaweed.
I would most certainly get out there, stay with the bunker, you can never tell when or if these fish are going to hit the suds, maybe some nice stripers or a good bluefish run.. I guess we’ll head out so if any thing does happen we’ll be there
As soon as we return I’ll update this fishing report, good or bad as always . keep your fingers crossed XXXXX , it's going to be a long weekend . Always Remember ! Yesterday is history.
